How much does your personal matchmaking service cost?

Our basic fees are published on our website. But financial issue is discussed with each customer individually when the order is being placed, before we start to provide the service. The service fee depends on customer’spreferences regarding the bride, and the contractperiod (1/3/6 months, etc.). All email correspondence with the customer is legally binding

I live in Europe, andcan’t come to Russia personally, but I’d likea beautiful Russian bride to be found. How do I make an order?

We cooperate with clients from all over the world.

You should carefully read the termsand conditions of membership on our website. In case you accept them, you should fill in a form on our website to request membership, and make a description of your preferences. We will consider your requestcarefully and contact you at your convenience for a personal conversationto clarify your preferences and determine the period of our cooperation. We can also cooperate with your authorized person after your personal confirmation.

How to pay for the membership and the service?

If you live in Russia, payment can be made by cash in our office, or by a Bank card directly on the website. If you live in another country, payment can be easily made by Bank transfer via the SWIFT system or via any other international payment system. After receiving the payment, we’ll send you a confirmation receipt from thebank.


How is the service of introductions of brides to foreign clientsis arranged?

We consider carefully all the personal data provided by the customer, as well as his preferences. After the payment is completedsuccessfully,and the membership is confirmed, we selectladies who in our opinion could make a goodmatch for thecustomer, and emailhim photos and detailed profileswithin the whole period of membership. The customer selects one or several ladieshe liked, and we set an appointment with the bride. Our Manager always keepsin touch with the customer and provides profound advice on all issues that may arise.

Can you arrange thebride to arrive to the groom’s countryfor the first date?

Yes, that’s possible. If the first date occurs outside Russia, our matchmaking agent accompanies the lady.

Which additional expenses may arise, except for the contract fee?

Additional expenses of the customerinclude: travel expenses, accommodation, transfer,gifts to the bride. If the customer wishes the matchmaker or theAgency Director toarriveto the country of his residence for personal advice, an additional fee of500 EUR will also be charged

Which guaranteesdoes the Agency provide in case the bride does not like the customerat personal meeting?

Such cases rarely happen in our practice,because carry out our work carefully, and select the bride together with the customer. But if this suddenly happens, we will thoroughly investigate the cause, and propose another candidate free of charge.

How many matchesmay the customer select, and how is the service organized?

After successful payment the customer will gain access to our private database of actual brides in which he mightselect the ladies, and read their profiles online. After that we professionally present the candidacy of our customer to selected ladies. We also download profiles ofnew brides personally for the customer,that’s how the selection process is organized. The number of ladies for selection is limited only by the validity period of the contract. Our main condition is mutual attraction.

What happens, if the bride refuses to get acquainted with the customer?

We have a vast practice, many partners, and a large database of candidates. We always find a decent match for each customer.


In which currency can I pay the membership fee?

In any currency, at the exchange rate of the Russian ruble. Conversion takes place in the Bank. But preferably in US $ or Euros. The exact cost of the contract and payment method arediscussedwith each customer personally.
